Refund Policy

At Equipped Speech Therapy Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality speech and language consulting services tailored to each client's individual needs.  Because consultation services involve professional time, preparation, and individualized recommendations, the following refund policy applies:

Payments

Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows") may be subject to the full session fee. 

Refunds

Refunds are not generally provided for completed consulting services, evaluations, therapy sessions, digital resources, or professional recommendations already delivered. 

If a billing error occurs or a service cannot be provided by Equipped Speech Therapy Consulting, clients may contact us to discuss a possible refund or credit on a case-by-case basis.

Client Satisfaction

We value open communication and strive to ensure a positive experience for every client.  If you have concerns regarding services received, please contact us promptly so we can work toward an appropriate resolution.

Policy Changes

Equipped Speech Therapy Consulting reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time.  Any changes will be posted on this website.
