Service Description

We will review your child's progress and answer any questions your have. We will conduct the re-evaluation using informal and formal measures, if appropriate. Recommendations will be made upon the completion of the re-evaluation. *A re-evaluation includes any evaluation(s) after your initial evaluation. Your initial evaluation must be conducted through Equipped Speech Therapy Consulting. * In person re-evaluations will be conducted in your home and are contingent on being located in Lubbock, TX.
